Prices

Retail Prices are in USD excluding VAT and will be continuously updated. Same applies for placed orders that can be subject to cancellation and/or price changes until final confirmation from our side is being issued.

The balance to pay for any placed order is subject to change until the official invoice is being issued. Settlement can be either by cash, by bank transfer or by International Credit Card.

All prices specified are recommended retail prices. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.In case the customer pays a down payment on a specific price, the final amount to settle may change at the time of the final issuance of the invoice in the event of an amendment of the customs tariff rates, or the value-added tax or any other fees, taxes, or the exchange rate of the Lebanese Pound against the FRESH US Dollar, the value will be adjusted in parallel to these amendments. Although we make every effort to ensure prices displayed are updated, changes may occur. If a change occurs, we have the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any orders placed.

Use of Membership

The website is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, goodwill or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure or misuse of your username and/or password. By becoming a member on the website, you consent, warrant, and acknowledge that you will:
